Mark Hayes, owner of Bridge South Investments, LLC, has been a real estate investor since 2002 and has rehabbed and built over 100 homes, owned and managed rental property, and has loaned funds ranging from a small residential project to a bridge loan for the land of the Ritz-Carlton in downtown Nashville. Mr. Hayes has authored a book on real estate investing and is a contributing author on an entrepreneurship book, both to be released in 2023. As the head of Bridge South Investments, Mark Hayes leads the firm in its efforts to continue to deploy capital into multifamily properties in Tennessee and beyond.
