Mark Hayes, owner of Bridge South Investments, LLC, has been a real estate investor since 2002 and has rehabbed and built over 100 homes, owned and managed rental property, and has loaned funds ranging from a small residential fix and flip to a bridge loan for large commercial development projects. Mr. Hayes has authored a book on real estate investing and is a contributing author on an entrepreneurship book. As the head of Bridge South Investments, Mark Hayes leads the firm in its efforts to continue to deploy capital into lending and multifamily properties in Tennessee and beyond.
